Interagency MOU: A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between all the partners to the study. Partners include: Beaver, Iron and Washington Counties, Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration, Utah Division of Parks and Recreation, the Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management.
